Awareness



A series of seminars, each centered around a different symbol representing qualities we develop and how they show up in our professional and daily lives. For example, the earth symbolises stability — how does your professional self relate to it?

Through open discussion and guided reflection, participants explore qualities such as stability, flow, or will, and begin to recognise how their inner patterns shape the way they work, collaborate, and respond to everyday challenges.

Drawing inspiration from yoga philosophy and symbolic language, the sessions offer a deeper understanding of who we are within our work environments. At the end of each seminar, participants receive practical insights and tools to observe these qualities more consciously and begin transforming them in their professional lives.

No prior experience is needed- you can come as you are!

Dramatherapy




In the professional world we often rely on analysis, strategy and logic. Yet much of what shapes how we show up at work exists beyond conscious thought. Dramatherapy invites teams and individuals to explore this deeper layer through creative and embodied experience. Using movement, image, role, and story, participants are guided to reflect on how they interact within their working environments.

In this setting, teams can discover untapped aspects of their professional selves, and develop a more fluid way of collaborating by enabling greater self-awareness, empathy, and connection. It helps individuals and groups align their inner experience with the roles they inhabit, while expanding their capacity to work creatively and intuitively together.The sessions are not performance-based and require no experience.

Improv



Improv (theatrical improvisation) brings a dynamic and engaging approach to professional development. Using the core principle of “Yes, And”, participants learn how to listen actively, build on each other’s ideas, and collaborate with openness and spontaneity.

These sessions create a safe and playful environment where teams can break the ice, loosen rigid patterns, and explore new ways of communicating. Through simple yet powerful exercises, professionals strengthen skills such as adaptability, creative problem-solving, and presence- all essential in fast-changing work environments. Improv also helps team members express themselves more freely, overcome fear of mistakes, and connect with one another in a more human, authentic way.

Tailor-made workshops for senior professionals focus on emotional intelligence, leadership, and navigating uncertainty with confidence and clarity.

Maker labs


Maker Labs are a series of hands-on creative sessions designed for professionals who want to cultivate healthier, more intentional leadership practices. From the start, participants engage with materials and accessible digital fabrication tools- such as 3D printing or laser cutting and many more- to transform insights into physical objects.

Each session centers on a theme- such as boundaries, emotional regulation, or purpose and alignment- providing leaders with the opportunity to slow down and explore what helps them thrive in demanding contexts. In the end, each participant leaves with a tailor-made object designed to reinforce that session’s theme—whether it’s a boundary-setting device that protects recovery time, a stress-regulation tool, or a visual artifact that strengthens clarity and purpose.

Over time, these objects become part of the professional’s everyday environment, offering ongoing support and serving as tangible anchors for more grounded leadership habits—long after the sessions conclude.

Yoga



Rooted in an ancient tradition that harmonizes body and mind through the breath, yoga offers a space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with yourself in today’s fast-paced culture. It cultivates focus, resilience and emotional awareness- essential qualities for navigating daily challenges with greater ease.

Yoga is a practice of tuning in- listening to the body, and finding presence in movement. Her sessions combine mindful flow, breathwork, and gentle strength-building, designed to counter the effects of long hours at a desk by improving posture, focus, and energy levels. Participants are guided to move with awareness, find stillness within motion, and leave the practice feeling refreshed, grounded and more present throughout their day.
